SO and Too is used to show agreement with positive statements.

1. SO

   
 SO +auxiliary (Verb)+ Subject (pronoun)

The Auxiliary needs to agree with the verb tense in the original statement.  
Examples : 1. I am happy.
                     So am I.
                   2. Sthepany has a new boyfriend.
                       So those mary.

2. TOO

Subject (pronoun)  + Verb +object + too 

Too is usually at the end of the sentence. 
Examples     :         1. I am happy too.
                             2. I am going to Indonesia too.


Neither and Either are used to show agreement with negative statements.

1. NEITHER


Neither + Auxiliary + Subject (pronoun)

 
Examples     :         1. I am not hungry.
                                Neither am I.
                            2. They don’t speak French.
                              Neither do I.

2. EITHER



The Auxiliary needs to agree with the verb tense in the
 original statement. Either is at the end of a sentence.
 


Examples     :         1. I am not hungry.
                                I am not hungry either.
                             2. They don’t speak French.
                                They don’t speak French either.
